Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we’re here to help.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, cancellations are only possible before the order enters fulfillment.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method.

After Processing

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may still proceed with a return once the package arrives, following our standard Returns Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded in full. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
